Q4: What's the material of motor?
A: We have aluminum copper 95%, customer accept our high quality of aluminum motor.

Q5: Can you provide sample?
A: Yes, we can provide sample but customer should pay cost of sample and freight charge.

Q6: How do you ensure the quality products?
A: We produce high quality products, we are strictly follow QC term.First our raw material supplier not only supply us. They also supply to other big factory. So good quality raw material make sure we can  produce high quality products .Then, we have our own test LAB which approved by SGS, TUV, each our   product should received 52 testing equipment test before production. It need test from noise, performance, energy, vibration, chemical proper, function, durability, packing and transportation etc.All  goods are 100% inspected before shipping. We do at least 3 tests, including in-coming raw material  test, sample test then bulk production.

Q7: How about the delivery time?
A: It depends on your quantity. Generally, it takes 35-50 days after receiving your deposit.

Q8: What are your shipping terms and payment terms?
A: We support FOB EXW CNF shipping terms, support TT payment. If you are high quality customer and pass sinosure, we accept LC OA 60 days, OA 90 days.

Q9: Can you provide SKD or CKD ? Can you help us build a washing machine factory ?
A: Yes, we can offer SKD and CKD, we also can provide washing machine production equipment assembly line and testing equipment. Please contact us for more information.
